Payment can be made through the provided payment methods on our platform. Once payment is received, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to the address provided by you. Service Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for CV revamp services is 3 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Mumo Careers Network will make reasonable efforts to meet this turnaround time, but unforeseen circumstances might lead to slight delays. Refund Policy: All payments made for our Services are non-refundable. Once payment is processed and services are initiated, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances. Communication: All communication related to the Services will be conducted via email using the email address provided by you during the registration process. Mumo Careers Network is not responsible for any miscommunication or delays caused by inaccurate contact information provided by you. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and updated information necessary for the provision of Services. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content provided as part of the Services. You acknowledge that the quality of the Services is dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you. Intellectual Property: Any materials, content, or documents provided by Mumo Careers Network as part of the Services are protected by intellectual property laws and are intended for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our provided materials without our explicit consent.
